3. Check whether the threaded part of the anchor bolt of the high-pole lamp is intact and whether the screw is damaged.
4. Ensure that the underground wiring and grounding are intact. It mainly depends on whether the threading specification and grounding meet the requirements. The thread of the anchor bolt protruding from the cement foundation must be greater than 230 mm.
5. Whether the positioning of foundation bolts is consistent with the positioning of bottom plate screw holes

6. Check whether the anchor bolts are vertical to the ground after cement pouring.
